These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of drvidol.com and related services provided by VIDOLS™ ("VIDOLS", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Diagnostics, assessments, and reports are provided for informational purposes to help you evaluate your business. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or medical advice. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee specific financial or business results.

4. Payments

Fees are described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring plans until you cancel.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
No scraping, resale, or reverse engineering of the Services.
No misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, content, trademarks, and reports, are owned by VIDOLS™ or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use it as needed to provide and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDOLS™ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
